A Bit About Me
With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping expats navigate the emotional complexities of relocation, identity shifts, and building a sense of home away from home. My approach is gentle, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. Whether you're facing anxiety, isolation, or just adjusting to a new chapter, I offer a safe space — in English — to explore, heal, and grow.

Before fully transitioning into private practice, I spent several years working in the corporate sector, supporting individuals and teams through organizational change, burnout prevention, and leadership development. This diverse background allows me to support clients holistically — whether they’re navigating emotional challenges, professional uncertainty, or major life transitions like relocation, parenting, or fertility journeys.
As a multilingual therapist (English, Spanish, German), I work with clients both locally and internationally, offering therapy, coaching, and group programs online and in person.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Sarah
"When I moved to a new country, I didn’t just lose my job — I lost my identity. Working with [Coach's Name] felt like being handed a compass in a storm. She helped me reconnect with who I am, beyond the roles I used to play, and reminded me that building a new life doesn’t mean losing the old one — it means expanding it. I’m so deeply grateful."
Maya
Launching a business abroad felt like learning to walk all over again — in a new language, with new rules. Dr. Alex helped me cut through the overwhelm, clarify my vision, and most importantly, believe I could actually do it. I now have a business I love and the confidence to keep growing it."
— Maya, founder of a wellness studio in Amsterdam
Elena
As a new mom in a new country, I felt isolated and invisible. [Coach's Name] didn’t just help me build confidence — she helped me build community. Her support was both grounding and practical, and every session gave me a little more of ‘me’ back."
— Elena, expat mom in Barcelona
