What Noonu Provides

Upon registration, Noonu will create and maintain a directory listing profile for you on the Noonu platform. Your listing includes:

• A mini website-style profile featuring your story, coaching philosophy, and specialisations

• Integration of your booking links, website, and social media

• Visibility across all 26 European launch cities on the Noonu platform

• Listing within all relevant categories agreed upon at time of registration

• The ability to feature programs, workshops, or circles you offer

• Inclusion in Noonu's Soul Matching tool (Founding Members, at no additional charge)

Fees & Payment

Your listing fee is determined by your membership type at the time of registration.

No surprises. Your listing is not subject to automatic renewal — you will be contacted before your listing expires and can choose whether to renew. Noonu will never charge commission on client bookings, payments, or engagements made through your profile.

Payment is due in full upon registration. Fees are non-refundable once your profile has been activated.

Term & Duration

Your listing runs for twelve (12) months from the date your registration is completed and your profile is activated.

You may request removal of your listing at any time by writing to listings@noonu.org. Noonu will remove your profile within 14 business days of receiving written notice. As noted above, fees are non-refundable once your profile is live.

Your Responsibilities as a Member

By registering, you confirm and agree to the following:

• All information provided in your profile is accurate, truthful, and up to date

• You hold any qualifications, certifications, or professional memberships you claim in your profile

• You will notify Noonu promptly of any material changes to your services, credentials, or contact details

• You carry appropriate professional indemnity or liability insurance relevant to your practice

• You will conduct yourself professionally and ethically in all interactions with Noonu community members

• You will not use the Noonu platform or member network for spam, unsolicited promotions, or anything that could harm the Noonu community

Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Noonu (including text, images, and links). By submitting your content, you grant Noonu a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and share that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Noonu directory.

You confirm that all submitted content is your own, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and contains no false or misleading claims.

Client Relationships & Privacy

Noonu is a directory platform only. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients, and we take no commission on any bookings, payments, or engagements made through your profile.

Any personal data shared between you and a Noonu community member is governed by your own privacy policy. You agree to handle all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

Noonu's Obligations

Noonu agrees to:

• Publish and maintain your profile for the duration of the agreement

• Include your listing across all 26 launch cities on the platform

• Never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent

• Use reasonable efforts to grow and promote the Noonu platform

• Give you reasonable notice of any material changes to the platform or these terms

Removal & Termination by Noonu

Noonu reserves the right to remove a Member's listing, without refund, in the event of a breach of these terms, misleading conduct, substantiated complaints from platform users, or behaviour inconsistent with Noonu's community values.

Where possible, Noonu will notify the Member and allow an opportunity to remedy the issue before any listing is removed.

Limitation of Liability

Noonu does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the services provided by any Member and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, or outcome of services rendered by Members to clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noonu's total liability to a Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the Member in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Platform Changes

Noonu may update or modify the platform's features, design, or functionality over time. Where changes materially affect your listing, Noonu will provide reasonable written notice. If you do not agree to material changes, you may terminate your listing in accordance with Section 03.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will first be subject to good-faith mediation between the parties before formal proceedings are commenced.
